Training the people who support others
We work in schools with young people, and in companies and associations with parents, staff and other stakeholders.
Sharing what we see every day
Since 2018 we have supported students aged 6 to 20 one-to-one, across every school system in the country. That position offers a rare insight into what is actually holding things up: rarely ability, often method, organisation and confidence. It also lets us understand the child's whole ecosystem: we see their course materials, but we also talk with their parents.
Our workshops and training start from that field experience rather than from a theoretical textbook. The examples are real, and so are the exercises.
Nyki is an accredited training provider (establishment authorisation No. 10091336 / 1), so our sessions can form part of your training plan.
Two kinds of intervention, many themes
The workshop
A short format, 30 to 60 minutes, followed by questions and answers, kept close to what participants actually experience.
The training course
A longer format, from half a day to three days, to understand, to equip, and to practise. The ideal format for concrete, directly applicable learning.
360° themes
Memorising, focusing, getting organised, preparing for exams, managing stress, building self-confidence, schooling and parenting: let's define the subject together!
Nothing off the shelf
We listen
A conversation to pin down your audience, your context and the outcome you want. Free, with no commitment.
We build
We propose a tailored outline, its length and its format — in-person or remote, one-off or as a series.
We deliver, then debrief
After the session we come back to you to share what we each learned — and to build a lasting relationship.
Every booking funds our mission
Nyki is a societal impact company: 100% of its profits are reinvested in its mission. In practice, training invoiced to a company helps fund tutoring hours for families who could not otherwise pay for them.
It's a virtuous circle our clients can champion internally — and one evidenced by our annual impact report.
A specific training need? An idea to explore together?
Describe your context and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people to help.
