Career guidance is often a source of anxiety, for young people and parents alike. Coaching gives each young person the space to take the time to discover what they enjoy, what they're good at, what gives them energy. Together we work towards one goal: defining their career plan calmly and more precisely.
'So, what do you want to do later?'
This question worries many of the young people we support in tutoring.
And because we care about building a relationship of trust with every young person and their parents, they all raise it with us too.
This new service was born out of that demand, from the very families we support in tutoring.
Many young people have no precise plan yet — and that is entirely normal. A career guidance coaching journey lets them get to know themselves better, understand which direction they want to move in, and find the motivation to work towards that new goal.
Always tailored
Coaching is a tool, not a ready-made journey rolled out for every young person.
Setting a goal together
At a first meeting — with the parents too if the young person is a minor — we set a goal together for the whole coaching cycle.
Exploring
Their tastes, their strengths, the points to watch, their wishes: session after session, the young person is supported in their thinking so as to build a plan that matches their expectations.
Handing over
With the parents too if the young person is a minor, the conclusions of the coaching are shared: because a coaching cycle that ends is learning that takes root for the long term.

Real knowledge of school subjects
Since 2018 we have built genuine expertise in Luxembourg's school systems. Our tutoring work directly builds on the coach's knowledge.
Continuity after the coaching
The career goal is set, the motivation is there. And if a subject needs a boost, we stay by their side to help each young person make their dream real.
Solid training
Because nobody becomes a 'coach' overnight, career guidance coaching here is delivered only by someone specifically trained in it, through an ICF-certified organisation.
What people ask us most about career guidance coaching
From what age can a career guidance coaching cycle be considered?
As soon as the question becomes concrete, generally around the age of 15. But a path is rarely linear: get in touch with your questions and we'll look together at whether and how guidance coaching could help.
Can you choose the right university for my child?
No, that isn't the coach's role. Our role is to follow a proven method to guide each young person through their own thinking. We can, however, support them in exploring university websites, to help them understand the answers they're actually looking for.
Does the solidarity rate apply to coaching too?
Yes. As with all our services and products, a discount of 10% to 100% may apply depending on household income.
